After assessing my situation, I was provided with the best rates and terms given the current financial climate. They just saved me hundreds of £££s on my mortgage. Excellent service. All the staff are proficient and well equipped with adequate knowledge and expertise of the services that they are providing to clients. Putting clients requirement at first front and listening to clients and they provides the best possible solution. Thank you Prajesh and Kings Gate Finance for arranging our mortgage. This was swiftly and professionally done to our delight. Especially when there was a change required by the solicitor to mortgage documents, with five days deadline looming, the solicitor advised that a week may be required to amend the mortgage offer. Kings gate managed to liaise with the bank and completed the amendment in less than 24hrs. Even the solicitor was impressed!
Will use their services any day when needed.
